White Glove Delivery
We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible! Also, we offer White glove delivery for certain areas or for orders of $15,000 US dollars or more. All furniture arrives fully assembled.
Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, orders will be delayed from normal lead times.
Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take as long as 9 weeks to ship, while an order only containing 6-week lead times, items will ship within 6 weeks.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order. SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want your outdoor space to feel perfect. If for any reason you’re not delighted with your mymosaicliving.com purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of the rest! Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you pick out the perfect replacement furniture for your outdoor space, or to refund your purchase price in full.
In the unlikely event your Mosaic Furniture order arrives to you in less than perfect condition (damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective by our fault or carrier error), we will arrange replacement parts or, in necessary cases, a complete replacement while covering all outgoing and return shipping costs. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report a claim. Any failure to report claims in a timely manner may not be covered by Mosaic.
